For the third time in Karaganda, will be held the festival-contest «Theater - Creativity – Talent»
In Karaganda, from 1 to 2 April, will be held the III International Children and Youth Festival-Competition «Theater-Creativity-Talent» with the support of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy. The event will be held in the regional Russian Drama Theater, named after K.S. Stanislavsky.
The organizer - the Creative Center of Duman Akim - for the second year in a row to implement the festival-competition receives a grant from the Foundation of the First President in the framework of support for creative projects.
The festival-contest «Theater-Creativity-Talent» is designed to support children's and youth theatrical creativity, and contributes to improving the professional skills of teachers.
This year will take part professional and amateur theatrical groups of Kazakhstan (cities Atbasar, Zhezkazgan, Kokshetau, Nur-Sultan, Ekibastuz) and Russia (cities Kemerovo, Novosibirsk). Age of participants - from 8 to 23 years.
Contestants will present creative works in the nominations «Fiction Word» and «Performance»
- «Theater-Creativity-Talent» is a creative project unique in its organization, the original idea of which was supported by the Foundation of the First President. The very idea to encourage not only professionals, but also lovers of theatrical art deserves special attention. The world knows the names of talented stars who do not have a special education. However, such artists with great inner potential, great love for the stage and the audience, the desire to create and embody interesting images become famous and successful. I hope that thanks to such projects as this festival-contest, new stars will light up on the theater stage of the country», said Sergey Tokhtarov, Director of the Office of the First President’s Foundation in Almaty.
The performance of the contestants will be evaluated by a professional jury: teachers of the Kazakh National University of Arts «Shabyt» (city Nur-Sultan), cultural figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

• 01.04.2019, in the Theater, named after K.S. Stanislavsky from 10:00 to 18:00 h. The first competitive day in the nomination «Performance»;
• 02.04.2019, in the Theater, named after K.S. Stanislavsky from 10:00 to 15:00 the second contest day in the nomination «Fiction»;
• 02.04.2019, in the Theater, named after K.S. Stanislavsky from 16:00 to 17:30 h. Master class from leading cultural figures;
• 02.04.2019, in the Theater, named after K.S. Stanislavsky at 18:30 h. Award ceremony.
