Dear colleagues!

The Science Council under the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, November 7-8, 2019, together with the Taraz State University named after M.K. Dulati, organizes the XIII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists «Innovative development and the demand of science in modern Kazakhstan».

During the conference, attention will be paid to strengthening interaction and mutually beneficial cooperation between young scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is planned to discuss the most relevant areas of modern research, as well as outline ways for their further development. Young scientists under the age of 40 and organizations interested in the scientific activity of youth are invited to participate in the conference.

Requirements for the design of the article

Text up to 5 A4 pages in Kazakh, Russian or English must be typed in the MicrosoftWord editor. Font «Times New Roman», «Kz Times New Roman» 14 point size, line spacing 1. Alignment of the text in width. The hyphenation is automatic. No page numbering.

When writing an article, you must adhere to the following plan:

– UDC

– FULL NAME of the author;

– place of work, position, academic degree, academic rank;

– article title (in capital letters in the middle of the line without a dot);

– empty line;

– text of the article.

The text of the article should correspond to the topic of the conference, carefully verified and edited, abbreviations and conventions are applied with their definition at the first mention.

References to literary sources should be indicated in square brackets by a serial number on the list of used literature.

The article should be submitted in electronic version.

A brief summary or summary is required in 3 languages (Kazakh, Russian and English).

Drawings are performed in * .bmp, * .tif, * .jpg, * .wmf format or in the built-in MicrosoftGraf editor. Figures are signed in 12 fonts, in italics, down the center.

Tables are executed in the built-in spreadsheet editor MicrosoftWord. The signature of the tables is carried out in 12 fonts, in italics, from above in the center.

Formulas are executed in the MSWordEquation formula editor.

In the collection no more than two articles of one author can be published.

Materials for publication must be sent (until October 30, 2019) to the specified email address (smu1_2019@mail.ru ). Publication of materials is free.

Following the conference, an electronic collection with the assignment of ISBN will be released, the conference materials will be published on the website of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.

Submitted articles should be relevant and not previously published.

Materials submitted later than the deadline or executed not in accordance with the requirements are not considered and are not returned back, the organizing committee reserves the right to select articles.

Within the framework of the conference, in order to increase the level of scientific publications, the contest «The Best Scientific Article» will be held. Following the results of the competition, the winners of the competition will be announced. The best papers will be selected and published in the scientific journal Theoretical & Applied Science. Each participant (winner) of the competition is provided with a company diploma of the participant (winner) of the competition «The Best Scientific Article».
