Scholarship Holder of the Foundation, Fariza Kalendarova: «Your Efforts Will Surely Be Rewarded»

Fariza is a 20-year-old student from Priozersk, currently in her fourth year at Zhezkazgan University named after O. A. Baikonurov, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Her passion for knowledge and active participation in scientific research have helped her become a scholarship recipient of the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation.

Path to Success

From an early age, Fariza showed an interest in science and technology, and participating in school olympiads helped her develop analytical thinking and perseverance. Her interests are diverse: she enjoys sports, traveling, and also loves movies and TV series, which help her broaden her horizons and unwind.

Since her first year at university, Fariza has actively participated in scientific conferences and projects. Her research in cybersecurity, microprocessor protection, and environmental awareness has earned Fariza’s recognition and awards at various events.

Achievements

Fariza is a holder of diplomas and certificates for participating in scientific conferences, including first place at the "Keleshek-2024" conference for her research on cybersecurity. Additionally, her contributions to university life were recognized with a letter of appreciation from the President-Rector of Zhezkazgan University.

The Foundation’s Scholarship

Fariza learned about the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation’s scholarship from her professor in the spring. Preparing the documents was easy, but the main challenge was submitting the application within a tight deadline. Nevertheless, her hard work paid off.
