His activities are crowned with many achievements, which are rightfully evaluated as the successes of the whole country. The reason for this success is the unique “Nazarbayev Model” that has been taking shape for decades. On the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we can once again look back into the past and comprehend the difficult path through which our people went under the leadership of Elbasy.

- Today, almost thirty years after the proclamation of sovereignty, we can firmly affirm with a sense of pride that Kazakhstan is a respected member of the international community and has all the signs of an established statehood. The process of building a new state has various facets related to economics, politics, civil society and others. All these areas were formed under the leadership of Elbasy and modernized taking into account national characteristics, as well as international standards. They are based on the provisions of the Basic Law, at the origins of which was the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Member of the Board (Minister) for Economy and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission Timur Zhaksylykov, speaking of the importance of the Nazarbayev Model, said that “it included universal and viable principles that have been effective throughout the entire period of Kazakhstan's independence.”

- It is very important that the Forum platform consolidates business, scientific, educational circles, and also attracts representatives of executive authorities and international organizations to implement the ideas of Elbasy to the challenges of the 21st century, - the speaker added.

Highlighting the importance of the work of the Council for Science under the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation and the relevance of the Forum itself, the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Andrei Kotelnikov said:

- It has become a good tradition for us to meet every year in the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss our achievements and projects for the future. This year, although it made significant adjustments to our plans, did not in any way weaken the energy of our warm friendly ties, even in the format of a video conference. This would have been impossible if our today's Forum was not preceded by the long-term work that we have carried out with our Kazakh colleagues over the past years. For us, the Science Council under the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation has become the door that so hospitably opened up for our cooperation, at the same time becoming an important platform for interaction of a new generation of scientific youth throughout the CIS countries. At the same time, the Foundation is an important assembling point in the interaction of young scientists with government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan..

The Forum will continue with the work of the scientific sections "Post COVID-19: Legal Issues", "Innovation and Entrepreneurship: A Model of Transformation in the Realities of COVID-19", "Agro-industrial Complex of the XXI Century: Science and Innovation", "Issues of Management of Patients Infected with COVID-19: diagnostic, clinical and other aspects ”,“ Unexpected challenges of our time: the consequences and reaction of society and the health care system to changes in connection with the pandemic ”,“ Kazakhstan in the Eurasian space in the XXI century ”.

The scientific event will end with the adoption of a Resolution, which will be sent to the heads of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for further elaboration of ideas and recommendations of young scientists.
