PF «Debat Eli»

The Public Foundation «Debat Eli» was established in 2024 and is the only foundation in Kazakhstan dedicated to the development of debating at both the national and international levels.

«Debat Eli» has received official membership in the World Schools Debating Championship Ltd (WSDC), an international organization that brings together 68 countries worldwide. This membership grants Kazakhstan the exclusive right to participate in the World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC) under its national flag. Notably, this is the first time that a country from Central Asia has attained such a status, making it a historic milestone not only for Kazakhstan but also for the entire CIS region. The foundation also collaborates with the Oxford Union Society and the Cambridge Union.

«Debat Eli» organizes international trips to Cambridge, Budapest, Glasgow, Oxford, and Belgrade for participation in debate championships and conferences, strengthening its presence on the global stage.
