The history of the country in the school tour «The Path of the Leader»
The Foundation of the First President continues «The Path of the Leader» school tour. During the spring holidays, high school students and activists visited historical sites that are inextricably linked with the name of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.
Pupils from 13 to 17 years old from five regions of the country visited the Museum, the Foundation, the Library of the First President, the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nazarbayev University, the Monument«Baiterek», the scope «Nur Alem» in the city of Nur-Sultan, as well as the school, named after Karasai Batyr, where he studied Elbasy, the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Memorial Complex «Batyr Babalar» and many other objects in Almaty.
The Foundation of the First President school tour «The Path of the Leader» organizes the third consecutive year in the spring and autumn holidays. In this way, we contribute to the development of patriotism and leadership among young people.
Getting acquainted with the historical objects, the children will learn in detail about the history of the development of Independent Kazakhstan, the role of the First President in building a new state and significant socio-political events.
- I really liked the trip to the capital. For three days we visited various historical places. I learned a lot about the country's achievements and important events that took place in Kazakhstan. It was very interesting to learn about the youth of our First President and about his work on the development of the country», shares her impressions 8th grade student Zhibek Yeleusizova from Aktobe.
According to another student, Diana Busurmanova, a visit to the capital made a vivid impression on her. «Before this trip I was here in 2016. Over the years, the capital has changed a lot! She has become even more beautiful. I learned a lot about our country, about the life of our First President. All this caused me even greater interest in studying the history of Kazakhstan and the biography of Nursultan Nazarbayev.»
This time, in the framework of the school tour Nur-Sultan and Almaty were visited 120 students from the Petropavlovsk, Aktobe, Kostanay, Uralsk and Ust-Kamenogorsk. During the tour, the number of schoolchildren visiting Nur-Sultan and Almaty was more than 1 500.
