New Additions to the Museum's Library Collection

The library collection of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Museum has been enriched with a new multi-volume edition, "Shygarmalary", a compilation of works by prominent Kazakhstani statesman, journalist, and Doctor of Philological Sciences Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov.

This ten-volume edition, published in 2023, includes interviews, selected articles, and research findings spanning the period from 1970 to 2021. This collection serves as a valuable resource for studying the development of Kazakhstani public thought and culture during this time.

The first volume is a particularly significant scientific and historical element of the edition, which contains a personalized inscription from the author, dated October 14, 2024. This detail designates the edition as a unique collector’s item.

The publication is designed in a luxurious gift format, featuring an exclusive leather binding and gold embossing, emphasizing its significance and collectible value. The addition of Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov's collected works to the museum’s library represents an important step in expanding the institution’s academic potential and enhancing research opportunities in the field of history, philology, and cultural studies.
