The initiative was launched by the Foundation of the First President, which works in close collaboration with government agencies. Now the Fund is undergoing a stage of large-scale transformation. The Foundation will become a structure of comprehensive support for education, social development and youth initiatives. We will create a comprehensive system for identifying the abilities and professional orientation of students. In 2020, special centers for identifying abilities and early career guidance for schoolchildren will be opened in all regions. In these centers, modern methods of diagnosing the abilities of gifted children based on the best world practices will be applied, said Elbasy.
The new initiative of the Foundation of Elbasy «El Umiti», as well as the Foundation’s projects aimed at supporting young people in science and culture, show that there are many talented young people in our country. Despite their young age, they already think creatively, offer innovative ideas, and show their outstanding creative abilities. Supporting such children is a strategically important task for Kazakhstan, and for the Foundation of Elbasy is the main mission.
