A field meeting of the Councils of Science and Culture at the Foundation of the First President was held in Almaty.

Council members and Foundation staff summed up the activities for 2018, discussed current activities and prospects for joint activities in 2019.

During the meeting, well-known business coach Gani Abadan conducted a training - «Effective communications». In the «Educational Rocks Forestry named after LUKI» of Zajilijsky Alatau, for the participants organized a team building on the topic - «Setting and achieving goals». One of the main exercises was to climb a rock and touch the prepared target with a hand.

- The target symbolizes our «Big Goal». The rock is the way. Stones and any leads are projects. During the ascent you experience similar sensations that we experience while achieving the goals. I want to quit and fear seizes the body, but at some point, you find strength and rise, says business coach Gani Abadan.

Participants improvised on various topics, for example, learned to overcome stereotypical methods of action and barriers to communication.
