District Rehabilitation Centers «QH Audandyq onaltyk ortalyktary»
In 2023, the «QH Audandyq onaltyk ortalyktary» project was launched, implemented with the support of the «Kazakhstan Khalkyna» Foundation and akimats. The project aims to create modern infrastructure to support children with special needs and their families in remote rural regions of Kazakhstan.
The centers will be equipped with advanced equipment from the USA, Germany, the UK, Russia, and Kazakhstan. They will include rehabilitation simulators, physiotherapy rooms, sensory and interactive zones. The equipment purchase is funded by the «Kazakhstan Khalkyna» Foundation. Three-stage specialist training is organized by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation.
These centers will be able to help more than 12,000 children annually, improving their health and quality of life. For families, this means access to modern rehabilitation within walking distance, and for children, effective recovery programs without the need to travel to regional centers.
