Fair of Social Ideas and Projects

The Fair of Social Ideas and Projects is an initiative that the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation has been implementing since 2008. Its mission is to support active citizens, helping to implement ideas and projects that can solve important social problems.

At the Fair, projects aimed at:

• creating an inclusive society
• developing education and sports
• promoting a healthy lifestyle
• supporting families and youth
• helping vulnerable populations

One of the key features of the Fair is the participation of not only large organizations but also NGOs from the regions. This allows supporting projects focused on local needs, contributing to solving social problems in various parts of the country.

The event brings together not only project authors but also creates a space for their training. Participants can attend training sessions, workshops, lectures, and receive practical advice from experts to bring their ideas to life.

A distinctive feature of the Fair is its transparency and openness. Projects are evaluated by an independent commission, which includes public figures, representatives of NGOs, government structures, and the media. Winners are chosen directly at the event through voting.
