Early Intervention Centers «Qamqorlyk»

For the first time in Kazakhstan, state early intervention centers have been established to prevent disability and support children from 0 to 3 years old with developmental disorders or at risk of developing them.
Since 2020, with the support of JSC «Samruk-Kazyna», the «Kazakhstan Khalkyna» Foundation, and akimats, 18 centers have been opened. By the end of 2025, it is planned to open two more centers in Almaty and Kyzylorda, providing habilitation assistance to children across the country.
The centers are equipped with modern diagnostic and rehabilitation equipment, allowing for the early detection of disorders and the development of individual habilitation programs. They employ multidisciplinary teams of specialists trained by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation.
It is expected that annually more than 11,000 children will receive assistance in the centers, creating the foundation for a «step-by-step» rehabilitation system.
