National Olympiad for Rural School Students «Myng Bala»
The National Intellectual Olympiad «Myng Bala» has been held since 2020 for 6th-grade students of rural schools in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2011, No. 514. The Olympiad is conducted in two stages in an online format using a proctoring system on the official website.
1,000 winners, 6th-grade students of rural schools, have the opportunity to continue their education in specialized schools for gifted children, such as «Daryn» schools, «Bilim-Innovation» lyceums, or branches of the Republican Physics and Mathematics School, according to the quotas allocated by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
