The goal of the project - providing school students with an opportunity to determine their abilities to choose the field of studies and development through testing and diagnostic tools and receive consultations from regional centres of future professions.

Tasks of the project:

Determine promising areas for the development of professions until 2030 taking into account their changes, emergence of new professions, and disappearance of irrelevant ones.

The project is aimed at introducing instruments for professional guidance. As you know, the world constantly changes affecting the viability of many professions that replace one another. Enrolling in a university, there is no guarantee that your profession will remain relevant by the time you graduate. Today it is difficult for school students to adjust their choice in advance. Therefore, specialists and partners of the Foundation have started to study the international experience exploring the methods to determine and forecast the list of in-demand professions. With this initiative, every school student in the country will be able to determine his or her ability by passing a test and choose the field that will enable them to succeed in life.
