El Úmiti online learning platform is a unique resource, whose value is in:
- information about all initiatives and projects of the Foundation of Nursultan Nazarbayev;
- development of public discourse in expert communities;
- new knowledge and opportunity to participate in ground-breaking projects.
This project is innovative, because it directly deals with IT technologies.
The main goal of this project is to provide a discussion platform to develop a limitless potential of the society creating opportunities for talented youth and support socially significant projects,
Tasks of the portal:
- Awareness – the level of awareness of news, projects and interests of groups and communities;
- Readiness to participate – determining the number of people from the targeted audience who are ready to take part in projects and activities;
- Interest – monitoring the activity of users of the portal;
- Availability – open access 24/7/365 without territorial restrictions.
