«Smart Zholy» - the possibility of Kazakhstani start-ups reaching the world level

For the third time, the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy opens the Smart Zholy program for young Kazakhstani programmers and startups who can present their projects to the leading Asian venture funds and corporations.

The program is being implemented with the support of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy in partnership with the leading startup platform in Southeast Asia - the Echelon Asia Summit.

Thanks to the successful participation in the Program in 2018, a group of Kazakhstani start-ups got into the Top 100 best projects in Southeast Asia and spoke to venture capital investors at the largest technology platform Echelon Asia Summit in Singapore.

Applications for participation in Smart Zholy will be able to submit startups from any region of the country, according to the results of the preliminary stage, 20 teams will be selected who will present their projects to a special jury. Of these, 10 start-up winners will be determined, who will travel to Singapore to the largest startup platform, the Echelon Asia Summit, where they will present their workings to the leading Asian venture capital funds and corporations.

Participation in the program is free. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aged from 18 to 35 years, can take part in teams of 2 to 5 people fluent in English. To participate in the program, you must apply before March 19, 2019. To participate in the Program, you must fill in the application form and send it by e-mail to smartzholy@fpp.kz.
