Issekeshev Asset Orentayevich appointed Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By decision of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, Issekeshev Asset Orentayevich was appointed Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Elbasy.

Dzhumabayev Kanat Nesipbayevich became the first deputy director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.

Issekeshev Asset Orentayevich was born on August 17, 1971 in Karaganda. He graduated from the Kazakh State National University, named after Al-Farabi and the School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Over the years he worked:

- Chief Specialist of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1998-1999);

- Director of the Department of Registration and Control over Regulatory Legal Acts of Central and Local Authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1999-2000);

- President of CJSC «National Legal Service» (2000);

- First Deputy Chairman of the Board of «APK «Sunkar» LLP, President of «National Consulting Group» LLP, Vice President for Corporate Development and Legal Issues, First Vice President of «Ordabasy Corporation» OJSC (2001-2002);

- Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan (11.2002-06.2003);

- Vice-Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (06.2003-05.2006);

- Deputy Chairman of the Board of «Sustainable Development Fund Kazyna» JSC (12.05.2006-14.02.2008);

- Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (14.02.2008 — 21.05.2009);

- Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (21.05.2009-03.2010);

- Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (03.2010-12.03.2010);

- Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (12.03.2010–06.08.2014), (reassigned from 04.2011; reassigned from 04.04.2014);

- Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (August 6, 2014; reassigned from 30.04.2015 to 06.2016);

- The Head of the city of Astana (21.06.2016-09.2018);

Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (10.09.2018-24.03.2019).

Dzhumabayev Kanat Nesipbayevich

First Deputy Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy

Dzhumabayev Kanat Nesipbayevich was born in 1965. Graduate of the Moscow State University, named after M. Lomonosov. He graduated from the school of training specialists for foreign economic activity of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of «KazAstykTrans» LLP, in the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since 2014 he has been the President of «LOC» Alatau» JSC.

He has extensive experience in government and private business both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.

From December 2016 to March 25, 2019, he was Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy.

Awarded the Order «Kurmet».
