Bibigul Tulegenova’s vocal competition supported by the Foundation of Elbasy
The X international vocal competition, which Bibigul Tulegenova is the ideological inspiration, ended in Almaty. Musicians from Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia and other countries took part in the creative competition. The jury was headed by Bibigul Akhmetovna herself.
The competition consisted of two rounds - qualifying and final. The qualifying round was held in the small hall of the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, named after Abay. The performances of the vocalists could be heard by everyone. 14 people were allowed to the final round - all of them received a creative analysis of their performances.
- Our competition plays an important role in identifying young talents, in educating performers and connoisseurs of classical music, thereby increasing the prestige of Kazakhstan in the field of art. Young novice performers take off from the springboard of our competition. I would also like to note that we started this competition with the support of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, and therefore we try to maintain a high level of this creative competition, said Kazakh nightingale, People's Artist of the USSR and Kazakhstan Bibigul Tulegenova about her offspring.
The purpose of this competition is the moral and aesthetic education of youth. His mission is to attract the attention of the younger generation to classical and folk music.
By the way, one of the main conditions of the competition is the performance of the best samples of Kazakh music.
The final of the anniversary competition was also held at the Opera and Ballet Theater in Almaty, but already on the big stage.
