Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation Award Competition

In 2008, the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation established its own Award to support and recognize young talented Kazakhstani individuals. This award is considered one of the most prestigious, aimed at acknowledging outstanding achievements in science, culture, and art.

The award is given in the following areas:

• Culture and art
For the creation of new and original works, programs, or projects that have received wide public recognition and made a significant contribution to the cultural life of Kazakhstan.

• Natural sciences
For discoveries, inventions, the development and testing of new technologies, as well as for a series of scientific works on a single topic that have significant theoretical and practical importance.

• Humanities
For research distinguished by novelty, relevance, and practical significance, contributing to the economic, social, and cultural development of the state.

Who can apply for the award?

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 40 at the time of the competition can participate.

What does the laureate receive?

Winners of the competition are awarded the honorary title "Laureate of the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation Award," as well as:

• diploma,
• badge,
• cash prize.

For experienced figures, this Award becomes a confirmation of their high status, and for young talents, an opportunity to declare themselves and their achievements at the national level.
